1. How long does it take to process my order?
Online orders are processed within 1 business day if your order was placed before noon. Orders placed after this time may be processed the next working day. We will always do our best for same-day dispatchment. For pre-orders please see the dispatch day in the product description.
Order processing time is separate from shipping duration.
2. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide with excellent shipping rates. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout, but we run free shipping discounts for orders over certain amounts spent. Different locations have different free shipping tiers. You’ll find what is available to you on the top navigation bar.
3. Do you offer pre-orders?
We try to steer clear of offering pre-order items. Generally, the stock will be in our hands before we list them on our website and will ship within 1 business day.
However, if we do offer a pre-order for an upcoming release, due to the nature of manufacturing and production, pre-order dates may change.
If your order contains pre-order items we will hold the package until all titles are available to ship. Please specify in the comments section of the checkout if you would like to:
a) Hold your entire order until it can be entirely fulfilled or
b) Have the in-stock items shipped immediately and the pre-ordered items ship when available. Please note that this option may require additional shipping charges.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Royal Mail 1st Class – Delivery aim: 1 day

For International orders, the dispatch time can depend on your location. When you reach the checkout stage, you will be given options for standard or express delivery, and the estimated shipping duration will be shown.
5. Is my order tracked?
Tracking is not offered for standard for Royal Mail 1st, 2nd, or Signed For shipping options. For tracked UK postage please opt for Royal Mail Special Delivery.
All international orders are shipped tracked and you will receive the tracking confirmation via email.
1. What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not provided that it is returned unopened & unused. You can return a product for up to 21 days from the date you purchased it.
2. What should I do if my order is damaged, defective or the incorrect item?
We will immediately replace or refund your order for you., Apologies if this does happen. It’s rare but we will always fix the issue for you.
It’s always handy to have photos and/or videos of the issue or of defective items to help us help expedite the return process.

3. How do I submit a demo to KU?
The label started off predominantly releasing hip hop. At the end of 2011, we signed Lewis Parker and released his album, “The Big Game”. Over the years the label has evolved into us releasing other genres and artists. High Pulp, Magic In Threes, The New Mastersounds, Torb The Roach, Yogisoul, Simiah, The Soul Surfers, Fredfades, Ivan Ave, Mr Brown, Jonny Drop & CRAC are a few names that are part of the offering. 4. How do I find out more about employment opportunities with KU?

5. How do I find out more about internship opportunities with KU?
